Pricing includes one hour of buffet service. Staff will set up a buffet on either your tables or our rental table & linen combo's (see below). All service equipment used will be disposables, wire rack chafers, plack plastic serving utensils, paper plates, plastic flatware, and paper napkins. No decorations or upgraded presentations, this package is about providing the most affordable option we can provide for a wedding meal with on-site service. All vendor meals are full price with this package.
The standard labor fees for the above package are for 1 staff person for every 50 guests. Staffing will set up, service and clean the buffet area. The staffing minimum fee is $100.00 per staff member ($200 labor minimum per event) and includes our team arriving one hour prior to dinner service to set up followed by one hour of buffet service and clean up/breakdown of buffet area to immediately follow. Any additional staff labor for other requested services, earlier set up time (if getting married on-site) will be billed at $35.00 per hour per staff member and may have a minimum additional fee for each request. There may also be services and or requests that will not be available with this package.

Additional Labor Factors To Consider
The above package is based on the minimal services a client might have. If you are getting married on-site at 4pm with dinner service at 6pm, you might want to consider having our staff arrive at 3pm to set up prior to your ceremony. Otherwise, our staff would be arriving at roughly 5pm to set up. In the above example, it would add 2-hours to each staff member @ $35 per hour for a total additional labor fee of $140. If you are at a venue and will need help cleaning the venue at the end of the reception which ends at 10pm this would add 4-hours per staff member (completing clean up by 11pm) and would add an additional $280 in labor fees. Travel fees may apply for distances over 30 minutes away.
This is our most basic and affordable wedding package to date and is designed for private property, community centers, churches and non wedding venue events. If you are on a limited budget and are simply looking for a great wedding meal without all the bells and whistles, this package is for you! Note: This package is not a complete event package and is not intended or available for events held at professional wedding venues.
