We offer rentals to provide the above service including hors d oeuvre-salad-dinner plates, cloth linen napkins, salad & dinner forks, teaspoon, knife, water goblets for dinner setting and glassware for drink station. Have your own rental? No problem we'll use yours.

Calculating Pricing Totals
In addition to the meal price, there is a $10.95 per person charge for staffing for up to a 5-hour event including staff coordinator, set up, servers and clean up of our services at the end of the event. The below is an example of how to figure your total price. Note- labor fees may be higher for holiday dates.
Price per person: Selected Entree $24.99 x 100 guests: $2499.00
Staff Labor $10.95 x 100 guests: $1095.00
Total/bottom line before tax and service fee: $3594.00
If using our rentals $9.00 x 100 guests: $900.00 plus delivery fee* $200.00 $1100.00

A 10% Service Fee (administrative, not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice based on the total food & beverage amount (excluding rentals, labor, tax) Example- based on the above Food & Beverage ($4194.00) totals the service fee would be $419.40
Additional Service & Fees
Cake Cutting Fee $2.50pp (this fee includes the addition of china cake plate & fork if using our china package however they not supplied with the standard china package).
Champagne Toast $3.00pp (with our ABC package only) included flute and champagne.
If you have additional service requests and or there are any requirements of the caterer by a venue these items will be charged accordingly.
Travel fees for distances over 40 miles or 30 minutes one-way travel.
A 4% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
Includes: Staff coordinator, servers (1 for 25 guests), setup of china rentals, appetizers station served during cocktail hour followed by buffet service for two hours. Clean up of our services at the end of the event with trash placed in venue dumpsters. Removal of trash from the venue if required additional charges will apply.
Other details: the pricing above is buffet service for over 100 guests. For under 100 guests the staff labor is set at 1095.00. There is a reservation fee of $500 plus 50% of rentals and signed catering agreement due in order to book a date for an event. 50% of balance due 90 days prior and final guest counts is due 14 days before the event with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. Service for up to 5 hours from the beginning of the ceremony to end of the event. For events over 5 hours, an overtime charge per hour will be charged based on each event. Certain venues or locations may require additional labor and fees in addition to the standard pricing.
Vendor Meals: We offer up to 5 free vendor meals on final guest counts of 100 guests or more provided vendors eat after guests. If the final guest count is less than 100 there will be a minimum charge of 50% of food pricing for all vendor meals. Additional vendor meals (up to 10) will be charged 50% of the food pricing. Any vendor meals required prior to guests eating will be billed at full price. All meals above 10 vendor meals are full price. China rental fees apply to all vendor meals.
