We'd be happy to help you coordinate rentals for your event. Tables, chairs, tents, dance floors, china, glassware, silverware, linens, and more.

Calculating Pricing Totals

Staff Labor 

In addition to the meal price, there is an $11.50 per person charge for staffing for up to a 5-hour event including staff coordinator, set up, servers and clean up of our services at the end of the event. Below is an example of how to figure your total price. Note- labor fees may be higher for holiday dates.


Price per person: Selected Entree $25.50 x 100 guests: $2550.00
Staff Labor                                         $11.50 x 100 guests: $1150.00

Total/bottom line before tax and service fee:   $3700.00 

A 10% Service Fee (administrative, not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice based on the total food & beverage amount (excluding rentals, labor, tax) Example- based on the above Food & Beverage ($2550.00) totals the service fee would be $255.00

Additional Service & Fees 

Cake Cutting is complimentary, just let us know in advance so we can be prepared. 

Champagne Toast $3.50pp (with our ABC package only) included flute and champagne. 

If you have additional service requests and or there are any requirements of the caterer by a venue these items will be charged accordingly. 

Travel fees for distances over 40 miles or 30 minutes one-way travel.  


A 4% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments.

Includes: Staff coordinator, staff to set up and maintain all food stations and bus tables once buffet service slows. Hors d Oeurves served for once hour following the receptions followed by 2 hours of buffet service. A beverage station will be open the entire event. Clean up of our services at the end of the event with trash placed in venue dumpsters. Removal of trash from the venue if required additional charges will apply. There will be additional staff labor fees for use of real china.

Other details: The pricing above is for self serve buffet service for over 100 guests served on paper plates. For under 100 guests the staff labor is set at 1050.00. There is a reservation fee of $500 and a signed catering agreement due in order to book a date for an event. 50% of the balance due 90 days prior and final guest counts is due 14 days before the event with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. Service for up to 5 hours from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the event. For events over 5 hours, an overtime charge per hour will be charged based on each event. Certain venues or locations may require additional labor and fees in addition to the standard pricing.

Vendor Meals: Up to 5 vendor meals for half 50% price with no charge for our staff meals. Vendors who require meals prior to guests or have special requests will be charged full price.
