Event Labor Fees
Staffing to carry out described service $12.00 per person
Includes disposable heavy-duty paper plates. 


Upgrade your wedding catering package to include disposable china for $2.25 per person for the dinner service and $1.00 per person for each additional service i.e appetizers, dessert, etc.

Add a Pre-Ceremony (1.5-hours) ice water hydration station prior to the ceremony. Includes cups, table, linen, and ice water. $1.00 per person (billed based on final guest count) 

Coffee Station with regular and decaf along with condiments for $1.50 per person
The station will be set up once guests are through the buffet line and remain open until the end of the event. 

If real china is used with this package labor fees will increase. Note- labor fees may be higher for holiday dates.

Cake Cutting is complimentary with our wedding catering package, just let us know in advance so we can be prepared.

Calculating Pricing Totals

In addition to the meal price, there is a $12.00 per person charge for staffing for up to a 5-hour event including staff coordinator, buffet set up, and clean up of our services at the end of the event. Event times longer than 5 hours will be charged accordingly. Staff will begin busing tables once all guests have passed through the buffet. Below is an example of how to figure your total price.

Price per person: Selected Entree $16.75 x 100 guests: $1675.00
Staff Labor                                      $12.00 x 100 guests: $1200.00

Total/bottom line before tax and service fee:   $2875.00

A 10% Service Fee (administrative, not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice based on the total food & beverage amount (excluding, rentals, labor, tax) Example- based on the above Food & Beverage ($1675.00) totals the service fee would be $167.50 

Additional Service & Fees 

If you have additional service requests and or there are any requirements of the caterer by a venue these items will be charged accordingly. 

Travel fees for distances over 30 miles or 30 minutes one-way travel.  

Cake Cutting is complimentary, just let us know in advance so we can be prepared. 

Champagne Toast $4.50pp (with our ABC package only) included disposable flute and champagne. ​​

Includes: Staffing to have our stations set up prior to the beginning of the ceremony so as not to disturb. Buffet service will run for two hours with staff to begin busing tables once all guests have passed through the buffet line. Our staff will clean up our services and the event hall (excluding bathrooms, parlors, and other private areas) at the end of the event and all trash will be placed in venue dumpsters. Removal of trash from the venue if required additional charges will apply.

Other details: the pricing above is buffet service for over 100 guests. For under 100 guests the staff labor is set at $1200.00 (additional labor if real china is used) and a service fee of 10% of food & beverage. There is a reservation fee of $500 plus and a signed catering agreement due in order to book a date for an event. 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior and final guest counts are due 14 days before the event then you will be invoiced for the balance which is due 7 days prior to the event.  Service for up to 5 hours from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the event. For events over 5 hours, an overtime charge per hour will be charged based on each event.  Certain venues or locations may require additional labor and fees in addition to the standard pricing.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Only a signed catering agreement and deposit lock the rates.
