We set up our low country boil pots and cook on-site, once the boil is ready we'll pour the pot over a butcher paper lines table for guests to enjoy. Includes one hour of dinner service, paper plates, and flatware.
Notes: You must have an outdoor area that is okay if seafood smelling waters should spill hit the ground and soak in. If you are renting a venue we'll need their clearance that they are okay with this prior to service. Pricing is based on us setting up, cooking the low country boil and table dumping the food for table picking. (Low Country Boil is for groups of 50 or less)

Labor & Equipment Fees*
It's a standard that we bring buffet tables and linens along with all serving equipment, paper plates, flatware & napkins. We'll set up a great buffet and maintain the food hot and fresh for your guests to enjoy. In addition to the food prices listed on this page, there is a minimum lanor of $$700.00 set up fee 25-50 guests, $600.00 set up fee 50-74 guests for up to a 2-hour event. Additional labor fees if any would be based on event specifics like services needed, event length, clean up, trash removal, etc. The minimum total onsite event fee (excluding tax and service fee) is $2000.00. Please contact us for a labor quote.
A 10% service fee (not gratuity) will be added to all invoices based on the total of the food portion of your invoice. We require a signed catering agreement and a $500 deposit required to lock in your date and rates. Travel fees may apply for distances over 30 miles or 30 minutes away.
