Labor & Equipment Fees
Setup/Staffing Fee - $5.00 per guest based on 100 guests or more for a 1-hour buffet service (for less than 100 guests the minimum setup fee is $500). Additional fees may apply based on the specifics of the event and additional serving time would be charged $40 per staff member working the event. For weekends and holidays, there is a minimum on site event catering fee of $2000.00 excluding tax and service fee. If you need additional services like cleaning up after an event, trash removal, rental items like tables, chairs, tents we can handle that as well.
A 10% service fee (not gratuity) will be added to all invoices based on the total of the food and beverage portion of your invoice. We require a signed catering agreement and a $500 deposit required to lock in your date and rates.
