Below is a list of current items we have to offer. Our BBQ can be smoked with many different types of hardwoods, if you have a preference please let us know. Hickory and Oak are our standard wood choices. We can coordinate rental of tables, tents, live bands, dj's and more for a nominal fee.
Barbecue Buffet
Comes with choice of two sides. Includes setting up and maintaining buffet service for one hour. Includes buns, barbecue sauce, paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils. Prices are per person based on a minimum of 50 people. Does not include sales tax of (9%) Additional fees may apply if booked with in 30 days of event. Travel Fee may apply for distances over 25 miles. Please call for pricing under 50 guests. Prices are subject to change, rates are locked once catering agreement is signed and returned with deposit.
